Today, a Saturday, it became very apparent that my wife needed emergent dental care. After a local search she found Aspen Dental. It was early and Kayla was super helpful on the phone and in person, getting her seen SAME DAY! Fortunately insurance covered some of it. Kayla and Dr. Long and the rest of the staff were very compassionate, kind and efficient and my wife was just thrilled with the experience. Highly recommended.

My wife had an emergency situation with her denture. We called and asked if she could see Dr. Young. They scheduled immediately. The staff was understanding and helpful. Dr Young is the very best! He is professional, the best at all dental care and needs, very understanding, very personal, assuring, and made my wife feel very comfortable. He repaired her denture in a short time. He told my wife "I am your doctor" you call me anytime.

Hello, I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental from the moment that I walked in the door. I was greeted by Nikki with the reassurance that I was in the right place. Then I was treated with so much empathy and gentleness with Maria, she really cared about how I was feeling and eased my worry. Dr. Long made me feel very comfortable as well and explained every detail that should be done and what was the best way to take care of me. I truly appreciated that. Stephanie then came in and started the process of getting me to feel better. She was gentle in getting the job done. And Shyann put the icing on the cake. She put all the pieces together and made me feel so satisfied that I walked into Aspen Dental. This entire team is absolutely amazing and they will always be a 10 in my eyes. Thank you! Thank you! I went in for an emergency visit and the staff were very nice. I had prompt service. Dr. Long was very professional and caring. She diagnosed the problem quickly and develops a plan. This office offers everything from regular cleanings, endodontic care as well as oral surgery all in one location which is super convenient. I would highly recommend.

Dissapointed would be a nice way to put my visit today. Unfortunately, it was much worse than that. I am genuinely astonished as to how utterly horrible my experience was. Appointment was at 3:30. Arrived and checked in before 3:30. We ended up waiting for about an hour in the waiting room. When we asked the front desk what was going on she said they were waiting for rooms to open up. Not really sure why they would take in 3 other people in who arrived after us if that was the case. Once we were finally seated in the dentists room we then had to wait another HOUR for the dentist to finally come and check the teeth out. When he left it was about 5:00pm. He said someone would come and bring us to the front to discuss payment options. If you haven't guessed what happens next, I'm about to spoil it for you. Almost an entire hour of waiting to be taken up front. Once seated with the financial assistant it was 6pm. When all was said and done by the time I left the building and sat in my car it was 6:30. Almost 4 hours of waiting time and nothing was done with the teeth. Had to schedule a root canal, and two separate days for fillings, because there was literally no time left to have any
